2006 Ford Mustang GT named this years
best muscle car by Car and Driver Magazine.
With a base price of $25,860-$30,685 it
isnt going to break your pocket book. The GT is powered by a
SOHC 24-valve 4.6-liter V-8/5-speed auto, or a 5 speed manual
with a 300 BHP @ 5750 rpm and an eye popping Torque 320 lb-ft @
4500 rpm.
Look for the 2007 Shelby to take the
honors next year. Some of the other cars in the running were the
Chevrolet Corvette, Pontiac GTO and the Dodge Charger. Car and
Driver is only stating what we all knew all along! If you do not
own a Mustang, the time is now! |
